1. Usage

• AutoRole assigns configured roles automatically via the /autorole command.
• You need the appropriate Discord permissions to configure the bot.

2. Availability

• The bot is provided "as is" without guarantees on uptime or future features.
• Features may change or be disabled at any time.

3. Termination

• You can remove AutoRole from the server at any time.
• No roles are assigned after removal.

4. Liability

• No liability for damages or misuse resulting from using the bot.

1. Data collection

AutoRole stores per server:

• guild_id
• role_id (configured autorole)
• user_id (used for direct assignment)

2. Data usage

Data is used solely to assign roles. No sharing, no tracking.

3. Storage

Hosting within the EU; communication with Discord APIs happens externally.

4. Deletion

Removing the bot deletes all data for that server. For questions: contact support.

5. Contact

Reachable via the official support server.
